IYESF's Founder Joined the Panel at the Business Forum "TIME: Russia – India Mutual Effectiveness"

The first business forum, "TIME: Russia – India Mutual Effectiveness," was held in Kazan on October 8-9, 2025, bringing together key leaders and innovators to strengthen business ties and explore new horizons of cooperation.
The forum featured 12+ thematic sections across investment, finance, education, IT & digital technologies, medicine, agriculture, and more — with participation from representatives of the Indian government, Russian regional administrations, and industry leaders.
More than 20 cooperation agreements were signed, paving the way for long-term partnerships and joint initiatives between Russian and Indian organizations.
Akil Mohammad, Founder and Chairperson of the International Youth Edu-Skills Foundation (IYESF), spoke in the key session “TIME FOR IT: How Tatarstan and India Can Jointly Develop IT Solutions.”
During his address, Mr Akil emphasized the importance of creating favourable conditions for foreign tech investors in Russia, including:
Tax relief for IT companies
Government support programs
Special IT professional visas
Granting IT company status to 100% foreign-owned firms
The session was moderated by Ammar Al-Ansi, Head of Acceleration Programs at Idea Technopark, and joined by esteemed speakers:

Together, the forum marks a new chapter in fostering mutual growth, digital collaboration, and innovation between Russia and India.
