IYESF Joins the Victory Day Celebrations at the Russian House, New Delhi

On 9th May, in celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in Russia, the Russian House in New Delhi hosted a festive program. Asfia Kulsoom, Project Associate for International and Regional Projects at the International Youth Edu-Skills Foundation, took part in the celebration.

The program was kick-started by a welcome speech by the head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in the Republic of India, Dr. Elena Remizova and the activist of the People's Front movement, Russian boxer Mr. Dmitry Kudryashov.

The program also saw recitation of a Russian poem and a performance of Russian patriotic song by Indian students. It was then followed by a live broadcast of the Victory Day Parade from Red Square in Moscow.
