IYESF Joined the Celebration of Russia Day at the Russian House in New Delhi

On 12th June, the Russian House in New Delhi hosted the meeting of the "Дружба दोस्ती" Youth Club and a screening of the documentary film by Pavel Zarubin and Saida Medvedeva, “Russia. Kremlin. Putin. 25 Years,” dedicated to Russia Day.
Asfia Kulsoom, Project Associate for International and Regional Projects at the International Youth Edu-Skills Foundation, took part in the celebration of Russia Day.
The festive celebrations commenced with a gathering of the Youth Club. Mr. Aakshat Sinha, Head of the Youth Club at the Russian House, delivered the opening address, welcoming participants and setting the tone for the event. During the meeting, attendees were also introduced to the “New Generation” short-term study tour program, which aims to foster trust and strengthen ties between emerging leaders from Russia and India.
Following the Youth Club session, the Russian House hosted a screening of the documentary "Russia. Kremlin. Putin. 25 Years." Dr. Elena Remizova, Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in India, delivered a welcome speech, highlighting the film’s importance as a valuable record of contemporary Russian history.
The documentary offered a compelling journey through the pivotal moments of Russia’s recent past, featuring rare archival footage that illustrated the nation’s development over the last quarter-century.
