Who can apply?
· youth aged 18-35
· from regions of Russia and OIC countries
· representative, leader of a creative team / individual author / performer in one of the areas of the festival: theater, original genre, music, choreography, fine arts, cinema.

The goal of the project is to identify and support the creativity of original authors, performers and creative teams of the regions of Russia and the OIC countries.

The receiving party covers the following expenses:
food, handouts
transfer within the Republic of Tatarstan
transfer of Russian participants and experts
