On November 25, 2021, the Center for Russian Strategy in Asia of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, together with the Department of World Economy SPSU, with the participation of the National BRICS Research Committee, is holding an international youth conference "BRICS Countries in International Trade in the Context of Digitalization and Post-covid Recovery of the World Economy."
The event is held within the framework of the state assignment "Processes of regional and transregional integration and their impact on the development of the economies of the countries of the Russian" neighborhood belt : "new opportunities and threats for Russia" and the project "WTO Chairs".
Young scientists from Russia, Brazil, India, China, South Africa and other countries dealing with BRICS issues will discuss the development of digital technologies and trade cooperation within the BRICS association, as well as the challenges faced by the countries during the pandemic.
The event will be held via videoconference on the ZOOM platform.
