Join the worldwide performance of the song «Katyusha»
Every year on the 9th of May it is important to preserve and honor the memory of the victorious warriors, our history and our loved ones. In anticipation of the 76th anniversary of The Great Victory the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs invites everyone to become a part of the event that will unite grateful descendants from all over the world!
In the period from May 7 to May 9 2021 the «World performance of the Katyusha song» campaign will take place. Within the framework of the campaign citizens of all countries of the world will have an opportunity to to perform the legendary song.
In order to take part in the campaign and get into the final video about the worldwide performance of the song «Katyusha» you need to record on video your performance of a fragment from the song «Katyusha» either in Russian or in your mother language and upload the video on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte) using the hashtag #KatyushaGlobal.
The song must be performed only live and under your own accompaniment or using backing track, you can choose any fragment from the song. The video must be recorded in a well-lit room in horizontal format. The video should be sent to an e-mail international@fadm.gov.ru.
Be sure to include the following information about yourself:
· First name and last name in Russian or in English;
· Country and city of residence.
