On February 21, an Online Marathon "Eurasian Languages Symphony" dedicated to the International Mother Language Day was organized by the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO. Broadcast got more than 18 thousand views. Well-known public figures, politicians, experts, as well as young people, children and their parents from many countries of Eurasia attended the events.
The International Youth Edu-Skills Foundation nominated recorded videos of songs and poems in Hindi language to participate in the Youth program of the marathon. A certificate of participation was awarded to participants by the organizers.
Marathon was live broadcasted on February 21 at 10 a.m. Moscow time on the official YouTube channel of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly https://www.youtube.com/EurasiaAssembly. The marathon was broadcasted for 7 hours, and the time difference did not stop viewers from different countries of Eurasia, from Portugal to Japan. They watched greetings, songs, poems and fairy tales in their native languages.
