On October 27, 28, and 29, 2026, the International Dialogue “Youth Against Fascism” will be held in person at Ryazan State University named after S. A. Yesenin (Russian Federation, Ryazan Region, city of Ryazan) with the goal to promote historical memory of the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 among Russian and foreign students.

The project is being implemented with grant support from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh)

The forum event program includes three tracks:

  1. educational,

  2. project-based,

  3. and cultural-educational.

As part of the educational track, experts will conduct master classes aimed at forming an objective understanding of the domestic and foreign policy of the Russian Federation.

As part of the project-based track, participants will develop projects containing proposals on how to do so effectively and in a short time:

  • to foster a positive image of Russia among foreign youth as a country that preserves and strengthens traditional spiritual and moral values, draws on centuries‑old historical experience, and provides opportunities for foreign citizens to realize their potential;

  • to counter the ideology of fascism, extremism, and the falsification of history through the media and social media platforms;

  • to encourage foreign youth to promote an objective image of the Russian Federation abroad, including through the activities of non‑profit organizations;

  • to attract the best representatives of foreign youth to study at higher education institutions in the Russian Federation.

As part of the cultural and educational track, participants will be given excursions to the sights of the Ryazan region.

Who can participate?

Russian and foreign students of universities in the Russian Federation, youth leaders, and employees of non‑profit organizations from the Russian Federation and foreign countries, including countries of the SCO, BRICS, CIS, and the Balkan region, aged 18 to 25 (inclusive).
