NL International and the BRICS Health Games, together with the Health Coalition, announce the launch of the international Nutrition Culture project. The contestants will have to create short videos about proper and balanced nutrition.

Purpose: To promote a healthy lifestyle by forming the foundations of a balanced nutrition culture.

Tasks:

• Promotion of a healthy lifestyle;

• Increasing parents' attention to the problem of "healthy" nutrition of children;

• Promoting awareness of healthy lifestyle issues;

• Forming a positive attitude towards healthy eating;

• The formation of aesthetic taste and a creative approach to healthy eating.

Terms of participation in the Competition:

1. Anyone who has submitted their work in accordance with the terms and topics of the competition can participate in the Competition.

2. The age of Participants is 12-18 years old at the time of application submission.

3. Participation in the contest is free of charge.

To participate, you must complete 4 steps:

• Step 1: Apply for participation by filling out the contact form on the Website and waiting for the notification of acceptance of the application to the email address specified when filling out the application.

• Step 2: Make a video about proper nutrition lasting up to 2 minutes. The video should not contain images of brands, and it should not discredit a particular brand of products. Be sure to respect the food culture of other nations!

• Step 3: Upload the video to the cloud storage and send the link to the Organizer's email address by March 31, 2025.

• Step 4: Wait for the result to be announced by April 15, 2025. The results will be published on the Website. Ten Finalists will be notified by e-mail.

  1. The Organizing Committee accepts video materials taken by both professional equipment and mobile devices.

  2. Evaluation of works is carried out in absentia.

Stages and dates of the Competition:

The Competition will be held in three stages from January 29, 2025, to April 25, 2025, in the city of Moscow on the territory and within the time limits determined by the organizing committee of the Competition.

• Stage 1: January 29, 2025, to March 31, 2025 acceptance of videos.

• Stage 2: April 15, 2025 – announcement of the 20 semi-finalists and 10 finalists of the Competition.

• Stage 3: May 20, 2025 – the award ceremony for the finalists.
