An international project aimed at activating joint activities of entrepreneurs and business associations in the sphere of social, economic, and investment cooperation in the SCO member states
In 2026, entrepreneurs operating in various sectors of the economy whose products or services have demonstrated successful implementation and sustainable demand at the level of urban communities, individual regions, or the entire country are invited to participate in the program.
Who Can Participate?
Individual entrepreneurs aged 20 to 40, as well as companies whose products or services are already being successfully sold at the municipal, regional, or federal levels, are invited to participate.
Applicants must align with the priority areas of the SCO Business Incubator:
Technical Sector (engineering, construction, energy, mechanical engineering, machine tool manufacturing, etc.);
Technological Sector (IT, telecommunications, mass media, etc.);
Natural Sciences (medicine and biology, biophysics and biochemistry, food and agricultural production, etc.);
Creative Industries (architecture, design, arts, advertising technologies, etc.).
Additional requirements for the participant's product or service:
The project must demonstrate tangible results of commercial implementation within the participant's home country.
The project must incorporate innovative elements into its business model, products, services, or technological solutions, and possess potential competitiveness at the international level.
The applicant must have a clearly articulated business scaling strategy—including the potential to enter markets within SCO member states—as well as a solid understanding of the specific nuances of international cooperation.
