Become a volunteer at the Eurasia Global Forum!
The international youth forum "Eurasia Global" 2023 will be held from 21 to 27 August 2023 in the city that connects Europe and Asia - in the hospitable Orenburg.
Volunteers are an integral part of large-scale events. During the forum, they will create an atmosphere of cordiality and hospitality, help in organizing and holding the event, as well as help participants find their way around the venues and in the city.
Volunteers will first get acquainted with the history of Orenburg and the program of the forum, undergo training and consolidate their experience in practice.
It is planned to select and train 200 volunteers from Orenburg, regions of Russia and other countries. Volunteers arrive in Orenburg 4-5 days before the forum for training. Travel to the city of Orenburg is paid independently.
To participate in the volunteer program, you must submit an application by June 16, 2023.
When registering, it is important to fill in all the fields of the questionnaire, indicating the experience of volunteering and organizing major events. Volunteers will be selected based on the completion of the educational program.
