HOW TO BECOME A FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER?
To become a volunteer of the Festival, you need to go through several stages:

To be interviewed at the Centers for attracting and training volunteers of the World Youth Festival 2024 in the period from September to December 2023 (the opportunity to record for an interview will appear in September 2023
in your personal account)
Receive confirmation and an invitation to participate in the Festival as a volunteer in your personal account (the results of the interview will be sent to your personal account in January 2024)
Complete training in the period from December 2023 to February 2024 (information will be sent additionally to the mail)
CRITERIA FOR THE SELECTION OF VOLUNTEERS
From 18 years and older (From 16 years for individual functions)
High level of motivation
Sociability and stress resistance
Ability to work in a team
Russian citizens or foreign citizens residing on the territory of the Russian Federation
Speak one or more foreign languages
Have volunteer experience and social activities
Willingness to go through all stages of selection and training

At what age can I become a Festival volunteer?
One of the key conditions for participation in the volunteer program of the Festival is compliance with age requirements – on December 31, 2023, you must be 18 years old. For those living in Moscow or Sochi – this requirement is from the age of 16 (the "city volunteers" program). Otherwise, the organizers will not be able to invite you to participate in the volunteer program and we will be glad to see you at other events of the DOBRO platform.RF
Will there be a transfer from my place of residence to the Festival venue and back?
Yes, free travel to the Festival venue and back will be organized for volunteers at the expense of the Regional Organizing Committee of the subject of your residence and the Organizing Committee.
What is the difference between the Volunteer program and the City Volunteers program?
City volunteers will create an atmosphere of a hospitable and comfortable city and help guests get to know Moscow or Sochi better, depending on the region in which you live. The age limit for the direction of "City Volunteers" is from 16 years as of December 31, 2023.
The vacancy "Volunteer" involves the participation of volunteers in the territory of the federal territory "Sirius" in the organization of the Festival itself. The age limit for the "Volunteer" vacancy is from 18 years as of December 31, 2023.
