The World Youth Festival 2024 is the largest international event that will bring together 20 thousand participants from all over the world.
15 days of the Festival's business and cultural program are planned at the main venue on the federal territory of Sirius in Sochi, including regional programs in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
5,000 volunteers will be involved in the 3organization and holding of the World Youth Festival.
The Volunteers of the Festival are Carriers of the Values of Kindness, Friendship, Mutual Assistance and Hospitality.
The Volunteer Corps of the Festival will help make the World Youth Festival unforgettable and introduce each guest to the hospitality and openness of Russia.
Criteria For The Selection Of Volunteers
From 18 years and older (From 16 years for individual functions)
High level of motivation
Sociability and stress resistance
Ability to work in a team
Speak one or more foreign languages
Have volunteer experience and social activities
Willingness to go through all stages of selection and training
