X International Day of Yoga is a highly anticipated event that will feature a multifaceted programme to rejuvenate body and mind.


This year, the X International Day of Yoga will be held in two stages. From 09:00 to 12:00, the program includes an address by the Ambassador of India and guests of honour, demonstration of asanas of the Common Yoga Protocol and musical performances. From 12:00 to 17:00 there will be master classes in yoga, Ayurveda and meditation from the leading experts of the city.
