The goal of the prize is to encourage citizens and organizations from all over the world for their great contribution to solving important humanitarian problems. The Prize is dedicated to support initiatives related to social change through volunteering.

Who can apply?
- only volunteers and organizations implementing projects outside of Russia
What are the requirements?
- the application must contain a description of the nominees’ special contribution to solving humanitarian problems and developing international partnerships
Who will evaluate applications?
- the organizers invited independent foreign experts - leaders of non-profit organizations from 36 countries: from Chile to Zimbabwe
