The Indian National Cultural Center "SITA" is organising the IX Himalaya International Yoga Festival on June 10, 2023 at the stunning Muzeon Park (part of Gorky Park) from 8:00am to 20:00 pm.
This one-day festival will have 7 zones hosted by over 75 different yoga schools from all over Russia, offering a wide range of yoga classes, meditation sessions, and lectures on yoga philosophy and practice.
The festival will also feature a kids zone, where children can experience the benefits of yoga and meditation in a specially designed area. There will be photo zones where attendees can capture their yoga poses, and fly yoga sessions for those who want to take their practice to new heights. The festival will have a captivating Indian cultural program that will immerse you in the vibrant and colorful culture of India, providing a truly enchanting experience that will make you feel as though you've stepped into the beauty of India itself.
The festival is presented with the support of Himalaya Russia - a series of natural, effective and safe products, which include special, carefully selected plants. Created in the best traditions of Ayurveda, based on many years of scientific research, these products restore the natural beauty and health of your skin, teeth and hair.
