About the event
The Forum is an annual international communication platform for the dialogue of youth organizations and individual young foreign citizens of the countries of the world, focused on interaction and cooperation with Russian youth.
The purpose of the forum is to create conditions for the exchange of the best world practices in the development of projects in the field of sustainable development of youth.
To participate are invited: young people from 18 to 35 years old from among:
Representatives of foreign youth interested in active interaction with Russian youth in various areas of cooperation;
Young Russian compatriots living abroad;
Young public opinion leaders from Russia and foreign countries, Russian and foreign young professionals, and professionals working in the field of international youth cooperation;
Young people who have a project idea or a finished project with an eye on international cooperation.
The business program of the Forum is divided into three tracks:
"Good"
"Media"
"Career",
which are also in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In addition, the traditional special track "Compatriots" is planned.
The program of the Forum includes business, cultural and leisure blocks, implemented on the principle of maximum interactivity and involvement of participants in all program events and events of the Forum. The All-Russian competition of youth projects among individuals is held in order to financially support the development of projects selected based on the results of the competition, aimed at involving young people in creative activities and social practices, as well as increasing civic engagement, promoting a healthy lifestyle, creating an effective system of social lifts and unlocking potential youth for the development of the country.
In 2022, the Competition is held in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 15, 2020 No. 1436 "On approval of the Rules for providing grants in the form of subsidies from the federal budget to the winners of the All-Russian competition of youth projects" with amendments (https://fadm.gov.ru/ documents/download/1137/).
Citizens of the Russian Federation aged 14 to 35 inclusive, who are official (confirmed) participants of the forum, can take part in the Contest. Submission of applications is carried out through a verified account.
Maximum grant amount: 1,500,000 rubles.
An individual has the right to submit no more than one application containing one project in one of the categories:

#unite - projects aimed at supporting intercultural dialogue and international cooperation;
#defend - projects aimed at countering the ideology of extremism and terrorism among the youth;
#erase_borders - projects aimed at working with people with disabilities;
#save_nature - projects aimed at environmental education;
#move_communities - projects aimed at supporting and developing the student community;
#inspire - projects aimed at supporting creative initiatives and developing the cultural and educational environment;
#beregi - projects aimed at promoting the development of civic identity and the preservation of family values;
#discover_country - projects aimed at attracting tourists and developing youth tourism;
#be_healthy - projects aimed at promoting sports and healthy lifestyles";
#remember - projects aimed at preserving historical memory;
#tell_about_the main thing – projects aimed at developing youth media;
#MYVTOGETHER - projects aimed at the development and support of volunteering;
#You_ are not_alone - projects aimed at preventing negative deviant behavior and at the socialization of young people.
