The system of international relations is undergoing tremendous changes. More and more obvious is the transformation of the world towards multipolarity, where we become not only spectators of the creation of a new world order, but also participants in this process. The Foreign Policy Concept of the Russian Federation (2023) notes that Russia is pursuing an independent and multi-vector foreign policy course dictated by its national interests and awareness of its special responsibility for maintaining peace and security at the global and regional levels.
The II All-Russian Forum of International Students is a youth platform for finding a new approach to Russia's foreign policy cooperation, as well as for shaping the view of young international specialists on the changing system of international relations.
The forum is organized by the Foundation for the Support of Public Diplomacy named after A.M. Gorchakov and the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Who can become a member?
Students of Russian universities are invited to participate:
students of 3-5 years of bachelor's degree, specialist's degree, as well as 1-2 year of master's degree, studying in the following areas: international relations, international law, world politics, world/international economics, regional studies
age 18-25 years
citizenship of the Russian Federation
How to take part?
Fill out the questionnaire and send an essay on the topic "Analysis of the Concept of Russian Foreign Policy 2023" via the electronic form.
formal requirements for the essay:
– essay language: Russian
– volume of material: no more than 5000 characters with spaces
– text font: Times New Roman
- font size: 14
– line spacing: single, no spacing between paragraphs
- use justify
- indication of the name, patronymic and surname of the author in the upper left part of the document
- placing the title of the work in the center in bold

The terms of participation
Organizers provide:
