The essay in PDF format should be sent via email to yogaessaycompetition2024@yandex.ru with the subject line "Yoga Essay Competition 2024". Your full name and contact number must be indicated in the email body.
The competition will be judged by an expert committee whose decision will be final. all participants will receive certificates. Three participants with the best essays will be awarded prizes at the main X International Day of Yoga 2024 celebration.
