Japan Culture Camp 2026 will take place in the vibrant cities of Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara, organized by AYFN Academy. Immerse yourself in a rich tapestry of traditions, modernity, and life-enriching experiences.

Program Details:

• Participants will meet up in Osaka, Japan.

• The program will combine a sense of friendship, adventure and cultural understanding.

• Participants will live for 6 days in Japan (Osaka).

• The program invites participants who are passionate about international friendship and can adapt new environment (cultural differences) easily.

Eligibility:

• All nationalities are welcome to apply

• Must be between 17 – 40 years old

• Have an interest in Travel and Culture

• Involvement in social and youth activities

• Demonstrate leadership potential

• Able to communicate in English

• Able to travel to Japan during the program

• Physically and mentally healthy

• Ready to document all activities

Scholarship Types & Inclusions:

• No application fee required.

• However, all applicants are required to purchase an exclusive e-book titled Beyond Borders: Embracing the Global Network as part of the application process.

1. Gold

   • AYFN will waive the program fee and provide a travel grant up to USD 750.

   • Program fee waiver (100%) - Worth up to USD 900

   • Flight expense support (Worth up to USD 750)

     
     

2. Silver

   • AYFN will waive the program fee and provide a travel grant up to USD 250.

   • Program fee waiver (100%) - Worth up to USD 900

   • Flight expense support (Worth up to USD 250)

The scholarship covers the following:

• 6 days and 5 nights of accommodation (double/triple shared room)

• Meal: Breakfast (4x), Lunch (4x), Dinner (1x)

• All cultural and educational activities as stated in the itinerary

• Scheduled sightseeing tours

• Local transportation (Metro and Bus)

• E-Certificate of participation issued by AYFN

• Full program guidance and support

• In-country coordination and administrative fees
