The Leadership and Peace-building Certification aims to empower aspiring changemakers with the psychological insight, strategic clarity, and social awareness required to navigate and lead through conflict and uncertainty. Beginning with a focus on personal growth; enhancing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and inner leadership, the certification then expands outwards to explore effective leadership practices, conflict analysis, digital leadership and so on.
