The Future Leaders Assembly 2026 brings together 150 visionary changemakers from 50+ countries in the only city spanning two continents.

Over four transformative days, participants master leadership skills, tackle global challenges, connect with innovators, and explore Istanbul’s rich heritage.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants should demonstrate a strong passion for leadership and social impact, along with a keen interest in sustainable development and global cooperation. They must be committed to promoting intercultural dialogue and peacebuilding, possess good written and spoken English communication skills, and be able to attend the full four-day program scheduled from February 25–28, 2026.

Age: 15-50 years

Open to: Students, Professionals, Changemakers, Entrepreneurs

Nationality: Open to all nationalities (no restrictions)
