On July 28–30, Minsk will host the EAEU infoforum “Media Literacy in the Digital Age”. Participants will discuss the specifics of covering integration processes, current trends in digital journalism, and new formats for presenting information in social networks. The project is being carried out by the Center for Eurasian Communications with the support of the Gorchakov Fund.
What awaits the participants?
Master classes from leading experts in the media sphere of Belarus and Russia;
Practical cases on working with information;
Development of fact-checking and data verification skills;
Visit to Belarusian media centers.
Eligibility:
Citizens of the EAEU member states aged 18 to 35
Journalists of print and audiovisual media;
Media managers and press service staff;
Students of specialized faculties;
Bloggers and PR specialists.
How to participate?
Register on the Russian-language website of the Gorchakov Fund.
In the “My projects” section, click on the “Create a request” button and select “Infoforum”.
Fill out all sections of the questionnaire.
Add a link to a video on the topic of the task to your application.
Go to the “Submit an application” section and click on the button with the same name.
Conditions of participation:
Candidates who pass the competitive selection will be provided with accommodation in double hotel rooms, meals and group transfer within the program. Travel to the venue is at the expense of participant.
