The Public Diplomatic Corps (ODC) is an educational seminar on the development of international youth cooperation and public diplomacy for representatives of youth organizations and youth leaders. It is aimed at forming a pool of young professionals who have the knowledge and skills of international communication, are well versed in international relations and are ready to implement international projects aimed at developing partnerships with countries of the world, as well as creating a positive image of Russia abroad, and spreading Russian culture. and language in the world.

Goals:
strengthening the participants' knowledge and improving the competencies necessary for the successful implementation of international projects, as well as for the professional participation of their NGOs in public diplomacy programs at the national and international levels;
consolidation of youth leaders and representatives of youth public organizations working in the field of public diplomacy and international youth cooperation;
activation of the institutional role of youth in the international environment;
formation of a positive image of Russia abroad through youth participation.
Member Profile
To participate in the Seminar, candidates must meet the following profile criteria:
be citizens of the Russian Federation;
be between the ages of 18 and 35;
be representatives of youth public organizations / student organizations / participants in informal youth associations or other organizations that work on a daily basis in the field of public diplomacy and international youth cooperation;
have experience in participating and/or organizing international youth events/projects;
have the ability to initiate and implement joint project ideas and educational activities;
have the desire and ability to apply in their activities the knowledge, skills and experience gained during the seminar;
be present throughout the workshop and take an active part in 100% of the elements of the program.
